Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Oliver Spencer purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the date of receipt for all full-priced items. All products must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing or covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
